## FAQ

### What is a vision board app?

A vision board app lets you create a digital collage of images, words, and intentions that represent your goals and dreams. Aethel is built specifically for iPhone, with widgets that keep your vision board visible on your home screen every day.

### How is a vision board different from a mood board?

A mood board captures an aesthetic or vibe — colours, textures, and images that evoke a feeling. A vision board is more intentional: it represents specific goals, aspirations, and the life you're working toward. In Aethel, you can create both.

### Can I set my vision board as my iPhone wallpaper?

Yes. Aethel can export your vision board as a wallpaper perfectly sized for your iPhone lock screen or home screen. You can also display it as a widget that updates throughout the day.

### Do vision boards actually work?

Research into visualisation suggests that regularly seeing images of your goals can strengthen motivation and focus. The key is visibility — a digital vision board on your iPhone means you see it every time you check your phone.

### Can I rearrange my vision board?

Yes. Press and hold any filled cell and drag it. Drop it on another image and the two swap places; drop it on an empty cell and it moves there — so the goal that matters most can sit right where your eye lands first.

### Is my vision board backed up?

Yes. Aethel keeps your vision boards and their images in your own private iCloud. They sync between your iPhones and come back when you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone, with no Aethel account to create. Without iCloud the app works the same, and your boards stay on your iPhone.
